For all to know rouchownsu@yahoo.com is 12 years old and does not have a venomous permit because he is not of age and lives in an apartment which does not allow snakes so if you do business with him it is on you you have been warned I now have to take time and send his mother her money back for a snake he ordered and my man was to deliver untill I checked the laws and found he needed a permit and when I told his mother this on the phone she made me aware he was 12 and had no idea of the type of snake she was paying for and I have took this snake off the market and lost possible sales over a month long process and she calls my police department and they tell me I have to refund her money with no deduction for my time or money lost. thank you
