		    | I just got two c/b copperheads that are a month old, and I can't get them to eat. I have tried new-born mice pinkies several times now, with no luck. A couple of times one of them did open his mouth and try to eat one, but then he backed out.Does anyone have any advice for me,and should I be worried at this point.I have heard that neonate coppers are hard to get to eat for the first few times.. |

		    | in the wild the babies feed on fish. try putting him in a small container with about a 1/2 inch of water. put a rock or something in there so the snake can get up out of the water and put a small fish in there. let is sit in a dark quite place for a couple hours. |
