Hey,guys,remember me? I was formerly HerpFever45 but I created a new AOL screen name, first to CoolFlame25(yeah,I know its lame)and now to HerpFever45. How ironic. Anyway, you might recall that I planned making a trip to Venezuela in the summer of 2005. I hadn't been making any plans for it lately because I've been very busy. But somehow this holiday season I got back into the world of herpetology. I've already ordered my collapsible hook from tongs.com and I expect it to be on my doorstep very soon. I will order all my other materials once I become "economically stable," if you know what I mean. I'm definitely buying Campbell and Lamar's masterpiece, "The Venomous Reptiles of the Western Hemisphere", very soon, whenever I get the chance to go to the local bookstore. I remember SnakeMan1982 said he might be interested in joining if I found myself a good, experienced team. I don't know if you still want to come, but I just contacted National Geographic asking them if they can provide me with a crew. I haven't received a response yet but just in case they don't want to give me a team, does anyone know who I can contact in order to get one? I've got to set a specific date for my trip and I need to pinpoint the exact locations where I'm going to be hunting pit vipers. Can anyone give me different specific places where I could I find an abundance of any of the seven different Bothrops species occuring in Venezuela (B.asper,atrox,bilineata,brazili,medusa,taeniata,venezuelensis)?
