The Inland Taipan, scientific name Oxyuranus microplepidotus has the most toxic venom of any reptile in the world. If I'm not mistaken, aren't you advertising in the classifieds that you want some venomous snakes? If you don't know the basics, how could you be prepared to keep venomous snakes? You even misspelled cottonmouth. Please don't be irresponsible for the sake of the entire venomous community. Take your time and learn more before you start keeping them.

As mentioned, the Inland Taipan is the most venomous land reptile. However, this is dependant on the method of testing. There are other tests in which a couple of sea snakes score higher toxicities.
I agree with the other poster...this is pretty basic stuff. You really should have a firm grasp on snake biology and at least a basic nderstanding of the toxicity issue before you dive into keeping a hotsnake.
Cheers
