I was wondering, if you have been bitten by a cottonmouth, like me, and you get bitten again, say about a month later, what are your chances of survival?

In my opinion one of the best people to answer your questions is Dr. Brian Grieg Fry. E-mail him at bgf@unimelb.edu.au and visit his web site at www.venomdoc.com There are others, but my mind fails to recollect at this time. Best wishes in your recovery!

Fatality's due to snake bites are rare IF you seek out professional medical attention as soon as possible. Unfortunately morbidity is a worrying factor due to lack of experience and possibly inapropriate fasciotomys.
