Michael: Well, that name is sure easier to pronounce than Zathura! You never know about names though, as we have people visit this site from all over the world.
As far as finding a mangrove snake, you might try to find a Herpetological Society and attend their meetings. You might call the reptile department at your local zoo and see if they know of any societys in your area.
You might also look in the adds in the back of magazines like Reptile and see if there are any from people in your area who are breeding mangrove snakes. As others have stated, wild caught snakes are going to have parasites, while captive bred ones should be more healthy.
