I have a White lip viper would it eat a Copper? Probably not but keep in mind, White lips are very aggressive there is a strong possiblity that the White Lip viper would bite the Copper. If you place the two together have a set of tongs ready to remove the White Lip fast. I have seen my White Lip lung towards my bull snake in the enclosure right next to it. Now I have a sheet of cardboard to block the view.

I have seen white lips eat each other, so i really would advise if ya like the copper, dont put him with such an aggressive, cannablistic pit viper. on the other hand i know a friend who has kept his canebrake and coppere together for over 5 years without any problems. but like i said, trims can be quite voracious.

I have heard some people say that they will keep different species together as long as they are in the same genus and live in the same region. The combos that I have seen are: coppers/timbers timbers/edbs cottons/coppers. But personally, I don't think it's a very good idea. I don't even keep same species of different sizes together.
