To begin with, his is a call for help, so if you are not willing to help just keep it to yourself. No need to cause bad blood.
I am wondering if anybody is willing to allow me to borrow SC native snakes (venomous and non). I was just asked to do a spot on a local nature show about the importance of snakes. I would like to have a few more species to show (I currently only keep one native).
I live in central SC and would be willing to drive reasonable distances to pick them up. I will take EXTREMELY good care of them for the time that I have them. My credentials are good, and I will respond with them to anybody willing to help. Thanks.

What species were you wanting? I keep several Corn snakes and can easily find you a South Eastern Hognose. I would be willing to let you use a couple. I also located in central S.C.. With my wife expecting I have now ceased in maintaining any venomous.

I have a wild type corn. The hognose would be an excellent addition especially if it is still willing to 'perform'.

I will try to a hognose then. I do not keep any, but they are quite common around the school I teach at. The examples I find around here do not 'perform' other than inflating their necks and huffing and puffing. Never have I seen any of these feign death. I will contact you upon capturing one.
