IS it illegal to own a cobra in VA?
What are the laws on selling them???

Virginia Laws:
Native Venomous: No permit required, however, there is a possession limit of 5 of each species.
Exotic Venomous: No permit required, except for the Brown Tree Snake, Boiga irregularis.
Protected Native Venomous: Permit required --
Canebrake Rattlesnake, Crotalus horridus atricaudatus
