Agkistrodon bilineatus are not egg layers, but some pit vipers are, notably Calloselasma rhodostoma, the Malayan pit viper (or moccasin) which was formerly in the genus Agkistrodon.

Thanks for clearing that up guys. My son insist on starting this thread. I actually have 3 Calloselasma rhodostoma,in my collection but the boy felt that the Agkistrodon bilineatus was also an egg layer and nor google or myself was going to convince him...
