Atheris Protocols?

I know that there is no AV for Atheris envenomation. What I am looking for are bite protocols for this species to put on my clipboard for my "hot-room." If anyone could point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated. I have already checked all the usual protocol pages and come up empty. I'm quite serious about safety and just don't feel right about not having the information posted in my room "just in case" of the unthinkable.

Probably need to hit a University library and check out some high dollar books such as my favorite, The Handbook of Clinical Toxicology of Animal Venoms and Poisons. I'd research it for you, but at the moment I have a stack of things to do.
