I understand that there are Sea Kraits, and then there are true sea snakes. Now I also heard that sea kraits come on land to sleep breed and lay eggs. At the same time I heard that True Sea Snakes Never come on land at all. My question is, Where do sea snakes lay there eggs, and wouldnt they just sink or do they float or what? Thanks, LittlePlayer.

All of the "True Sea Snakes," that we have reproductive data on, have "live" young with litter size dependant on species (and subspecies) while Sea Kraits lay eggs on land. There is still a lot that isn't known about many different types of sea snakes. My source is "Reptiles & Amphibians of Australia", Sixth Edition, by Harold G. Cogger. I give the reference because all of my own knowledge of sea snakes is "book learning" and a few personal sightings (at sea). Hope this helps, Karl

Karl,
You beat me to the punch, excellent reference, was comparing it to others, however, I was too slow for a gentleman of your caliber. By the way, thanks for the analysis of Cat Navi dad. I really enjoyed all the humor from my typo(keep forgetting that I can review my work before submitting my post) LOL.
Cheers,
Derek
