I live in India, its pretty humid in the cobras natural habitat (upto 85%relative humidity).My Bicellates one of which is nearly 11 years old has done well in my enclosure.
I collect Natural Wood Mulch to use as a substrate, but then my enclosure also has terracotta (dry)receptacles.
