I understand that it is possible to keep two large Bitis of the same species in a single enclosure as long as the size of the enclosure is appropriate. BItis Nasicornis and Bitis Gabonica Rhinoceros are closely related and somewhat similar in size. From what I have gathered, the needs of these two snakes do not seem to be incredibly different. Is it possible to keep a Rhinoceros Viper and a Gaboon Viper in the same enclosure provided there is sufficient space?

I wouldn't recommend it. The needs vary enough and the venoms are different should one decide to take a poke at the other. I would invest in another enclosure to protect a valuable specimen. Not worth the risk.

			I agree with Doug.

Way too many differences to try to keep the two together in the same enclosure.
