Mangroves in Utah

Is it legal to keep mangroves in utah? I checked the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources website and didnt find anything on the subject. Anybody know if you have to get a permit or not? I have seen them for sale in utah before. Below is the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources rules and regulations on reptiles. The reson I ask is the Wasatch Reptile Expo is this weekend and I was going to look into buying a mangrove. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Finding the regulations that apply to herps can sometimes
be very difficult.
It's almost like they don't want it to be too easy! LOL
Quite often websites are not updated in a timely manner.
I suggest you call them. Always get a name and contact info and/or ask for the location on the website for this information.
