I ran across this today and i wanted to know if it was a viable method or if this is how it actually works. I in no way plan on trying this though.

On a side note. If you as a human did this on yourself and collected the serum would it keep as antivenom? I would think its more effective since it would be your own antibodies. But i'm not sure how much research has gone into this particular field. Though I know some people claim to make themselves immune by constant self-exposure to the snake venom.
