I'm a bit confused as to your question. I think I've narrowed it down to:
A) Who, where and or how can you buy tropical venomous snakes, presumably here in the US? Or
B) Who, as in what institution or individual, buys or would be interested in buying the venom, extracted, from a tropical venomous snake?
THe former I won't answer because you can pretty easily find venomous dealers in the US. The later, on the other hand, is quite easily answered by saying: Me. I'm interested in buying venom, prefferably in a purified state, but raw venom, depending on the species will suffice. (My roommate's been annoying as of late....I think a little Dendroaspis proteins would settle him down, now, wouldn't it? lol)
In all seriousness, if you are seriously asking the latter of these two questions, there are people here who can, better than I, give you an answer.
