Description: I took this picture in Gosford New South Wales. The tag gave no Genus species, but merely said Rock Rattlesnake. They had several Rattlers at Gosford, and one, a Western Diamondback C. atrox had bit a staff member in the face. Having so many real deadly Ozzie snakes around he sort of failed to appreciate our biggest killer. He survived, but was very ill for a long time.
