The cage is very easy to put together and is light weight for the most part. The glass is what makes the cage heavy. However the glass can be added after the cage is put together and sitting on your shelf. The belly heat is an awesome addition and is fitted in a precut groove so that the wires do not rest between the shelf and the cage. It also has a cut out for a probe to regulate the heat. The screen top is nicely done. Over all I am real satisfied with the cages.
