Charper Rating: 4/5 Sep 2, 2000 01:39 Send this review to a friend Depends on what you use them for  Time owned: more than 12 months Although I don't like to handle snakes with these tongs, they do have 2 invaluable uses in my snake room - picking up water bowls and feces. Sometimes I use tupperware waterbowls and these tongs are the only ones I have that will pick them up. If feces have hardened, occasionally I will use these tongs to grab them with a big wad of mulch. Considering the number of venomous keeper bite stories that start with, "I was reaching into the cage and....", anything that can keep me from having to reach in the cage is worth sixty bucks to me.
