This is exactly why we have never endorsed freehandling. I do not believe that this individual has any idea of what being bitten by a Puff Adder is like. He just assumes that he will go to the hospital and they will "take care of it". This is equivalent to walking on the 10th floor ledge of a building, and he's putting YOUR ability to keep at risk by doing it!

great a topic on idiots/david wheather more like kid moron to most as spoted out side movies theather after a jackass film ( because he has no money to pay to go in the theather ) there he waits with cheap kinkos black and white photos of himself ( color photos cost too much )hopeing that the little teenage kids will reconize and crowd around him ( like a night at michael jacksons house ) so he could hand out his photos and sell his shirts ( to make some gas money to make it back home ) thank god he is not going to be in jack ass three/ well he was bearly in jackass two/ but a star in his own mind he is/ after the movie he ventures to the mall in hope for some reconision and gas money/ on his ride home he looks for road kills to feed his critters ( not lieing anyone that knows him knows this is true )he goes home and reflecs on the day he got to work with the sharkman/his most proud momment was standing side by side with the sharkman him self ( he wants to be like the shark man ) as his "high" star struck mind offers to insert a blown up condom in steve o's jack ass ( for the record he used no rubber gloves when he inserted the condom in the hole )this was a glorious momment as he sniffs his finger and says to himself " now i'm a jackass. true storie/ i know all his ways and his ex tells all/

I am researching a documentary film about people who
own exotic (non domestic) animals. Specifically we are
exploring the emotional connection between exotics and
their owners. The research has been going well and I’m
meeting some amazingly passionate and fascinating
people and their exotics. I realize that this is a huge,
sometimes controversial topic and can be very
emotionally/politically charged. And no, as I am
frequently asked, I am not with PETA or some faction of
the government. I’m just a guy interested in learning more
about these often unique animals and the equally unique
people who own them. I’d love to find a great venomous
snake story. If you own a venomous snake because you
feel there’s no more rewarding experience in terms of a
human/animal relationship or experience, I’d love to talk

You should see the balloon act this clown comes with. The kid cobra or cobra kid or what ever he calls himself puts a balloon in his mouth and have a rattle snake strike at it.Wow! what a great educational show this is for the kids, and what do kids learn from this show? How cool it is to have a snake bite the balloon, thats all. Now it makes lots of sence why he does foolish things. ( The snakes have no poison ) This davy or david wheathers guy looks like an arigant moron. I have seen him before with his flamboyant little vest and dreadlocks and holding his kane that is made from a real cobra, his stupid pose with his finger pointing at the camera like he is some rock star.Well he does look like a gay porn star. We laugh at him all the time. What a joke! Kids should be able to look up to people like Jeff Corwin witch Mr. Corwin handle snake 100 times better than David Wheathers, the teenagers who have watched him once or twice on wild boyz or jack ass. So they idolize this panssy. I agree with Mr.atrox56, I would like to see this show with atrox's snakes and see if this dork will even try to do the whole balloon act with his snakes. I don't think David Wheathers have the tallent to pull it off. The only thing he could pull off are the sea shells from his dreads.

Once a venom gland has been surgically removed, it is gone. Teeth process forward and regenerate quickly, glands do not. As for anyone who deals in venomoids, I have no use for them at all. They are frightened children wanting to be adults. All of my animals are 100% hot, I would never even think of having such a deplorable act committed upon them simply to impress the masses. When I handle my animals, it is in the privacy of my home and the neighborhood kids are far from close. All of my snakes are tame and are use to me. They have no fear of me so why bite? I supply them with food, health care, a warm safe environment with everything they want or need. Snakes are far from stupid. Gain their trust and do not violate it and there is no need for venomoids.
These clowns (and that is what they are) who show up with snakes with deformed heads, may fool a few housewifes but the knowledgeable people are on to them. I would love to see anyone of them reach into the tank and grab "Faith" my 7 foot Egyptian, or "Bandit" My 5.7 foot EDB and jerk one of these two out of their tank? We would see who does not need antivenom.
Next time you see a show like this, as them to milk the snake in front of everyone! A snake always has a drop or two left and if it was just milked dry, what brave act was he preforming in the first place? Idiots, the lot of them. In the end they will shut us all down.

YOU ARE RIGHT ABOUT DAVID WHEATHERS. HE IS A JACKASS SNAKE HANDLER. HE WAS DOING A "DEMONSTRATION" WITH HIS COBRAS IN HOLLYWOOD, FLORIDA DURRING OUR VACATION IN THE BEGINIG OF THE YEAR AND WE GOT HIM ON VIDEO GETTING BIT BY ONE OF HIS COBRAS IN THE HAND AND WHEN MY SON ASKED HIM WHY HE WASN'T GOING TO THE HOSPITAL HE TOLD HIM HE WAS IMMUNE TO THE VENOM AND THATS WHY THEY CALL HIM THE COBRA KID. A YOUNG GUY THAT WAS THERE WITH LONG BLOND HAIR DOING THE ALLIGATOR CONTEST SAID THAT THEY HAD NO VENOM AND NO FANGS.ALSO SAID THAT THAT WAS THE IDIOT THAT WAS ON TV THAT GOT BIT IN THE STOMACH BY THE COBRA. HE WAS RIGHT ABOUT THE IDIOT PART. THEN COBRA KID HAD THE ORDASITY TO TELL MY SON HE COULD NOT VIDEO THE SHOW BECAUSE WE DID NOT HAVE PERMISSION, I TOLD HIM I PAID FOR THE TICKET, I'M ON VACATION AND I WAS GOING TO VIDEO TAPE WHAT EVER I WANTED. SO FOR THOSE WHO DON'T BELIEVE, I CAN SHOW YOU THE VIDEO, IT CLEARLY SHOWS HIM GETTING BIT BY THE COBRA.
