I've been looking for this for a while. I'd love a copy, and if I can locate the author and get permission, I'll be happy to put it up on my bew site.

Some necessary background on Allen Hunter's Venom 101.
Allen and Susan Hunter were well-known and respected Canada-based venomous keepers whose collections and information were world class.
Allen created pages to share information about Dendroaspsis (Mambas) which seemed to be his primary herp love.
He then created the celebrated Hots 101 pages which were (and probably still are) the most sought after webpages within the herp community. At one time, both Allen and Susan were members of the SHHS and both contributed excellent articles to our newsletters. We actually had permission from Allen to format Venom 101 into book form and publish it to be sold from this website. Then, while the manuscript was still being prepared for publishing, Allen and Susan suddenly and unexpectedly completely withdrew from the herp community and Allen asked us to take down and not publish the book.
We have honored his wishes and have not made this excellent keeping information here for download from our file categories. It does still exist in various forms about the web and still remains some of the best information available regarding safe keeping and husbandry of venomous herps.
All that said, I have no complaints about folks sharing the information that they have via email and other private forms of transmittal but I do not believe that we can offer it in any form directly from this website due to Allen's express wishes for us not to.
I hope this doesn't create any problems for anyone. As I said, the information is second to none but we were asked not to publish it.
