What type of documentation is required to work with Crotalus Willardi? Does anyone work with this species?

Since willardi is protected you have to get permits to collect this species and they dont just give them out to anyone. Arizona does issue out permits but only to zoo's that I no about. You can legally keep willardi out side of the state of Arizona as long as the person you get them from has proof that there not illegally caught animals. You do need the proper paper work proven there legal animals, and yes there are people out there working with them me being one of them.

The only willardi I have ever seen are a beautiful pair in the Central Florida Zoo at Sanford. I am pretty sure that they have some sort of breeding program going on. Karl
