i heard that the majority of mojaves in arizona do not neuro toxions and they just have hemo toxions. is this true?

NO, but the Mojave's from the Yuma area have much more neuro toxin than in the rest of the state. Oddly enough, if you travel all the way to the Big Bend region of Texas the venom of the mojave is also extremely HOT, but everything inbetween is not as bad.
