Can anyone tell me the proper antivenin for an eyelash viper and possible where I could get it.
Don't plan on getting bite, just want to be ready in case....Thanks

There are a few out there, but the cheapest and possibly most effective, would be Costa Rican Poly. If you can get it, not talking about all the permits, just talking about whether or not you can get it from the manufacturer.

Please fill out your profile, so we know more about you. Nobody wakes up and says, "I feel like having a snakebite today". They just happen, all are preventable, best to be ready just in case you day turns ugly.

Yes, you're right it is a good A/V for most South & Central American species. They used Bothrops atrox venom in the mix, thus giving it good protection from those species related to Bothrops.
The problem is Wyeth is not widely available anymore. Wyeth has some stocks left but will not send unless it's a hospital replenishing serum used.
