I'm not sure of the specifics of breeding this species, but according to GLoyd and Conant, they do not accur in places that do not experience a dry season. Apparently this is of critical importance to them in some way. I'd dry them out a bit and back off on the food, then after a moderate time, say 40-60 days of "Dryish" conditions, I'd mist them every couple of days and pour on the food, then introduce pairs as the "season" changes and food becomes plentiful. From everything I've read about them, they are not particularly difficult to breed, but you know how much faith you can put in the written word when the author is quoting "some other source."
I'd like to hear about any successes you have with this species.....
I'd also mention that egg incubation parameters would be akin to those that I'd use for any other tropical species.... 84-88 degrees with a 2 degree swing to the maximum and minimum temperatures at most, and relatively high humidity....
