Hi,
The smallest, known, front-fanged venomous is the Namaqua Dwarf Adder (Bitis schnideri), from Africa. It's the same genera as the large and almost grotesque Gaboon Viper (Bitis gabonica) of all things. They grow to a little over a foot long.
Largest colubrid - I dunno.

Not being much of a colubrid expert, I can only give the info I "think" is correct. The three largest colubrids I believe are the Chinese King Ratsnake (a.k.a. Stinking Goddess Snake), the Yellow-tailed Cribo, and the Tiger Ratsnake (A.K.A. tropical chicken snake, spilote).
Of these, I believe the King Ratsnake is usually the longest and the Cribo usually the heaviest... but perhaps someone who is more into colubrids can verify or correct me on that.
