According to the venom chart on this site, assuming the bite discharge of a given snake is 25% to 75% of its capacity, how long will it take to reproduce the amount lost from a strike/feeding? Do any other factors come into consideration affecting the toxicity of the venom within the same species? i.e. diet, health, age, sex

I'm not entirely sure. I have heard reports that spitting cobras can seem to have an almost inexaustable supply of venom. Some venom labs milk their snakes every day. Some put their snakes on a two-week rotation and some use a one-month rotation. Obviously the snakes that are milked every day don't produce as much per milking. I would imagine that the one month rotation produces the most venom per milking.
If I were going to buy venom, I would buy it from Lotoxan, in France. They take immaculate care of their snakes, going to such a far lenth to ensure that their product is second to none.
Cheers
