The Mussurana, Clelia clelia, is a rear fanged venomous colubrid found in Brazil. Apparently small mammals are quite susceptible to it's venom and succumb rather quickly. But reports of envenomation in humans include only local swelling and ecchymosis ( bruising ) without any coagulation disturbances. Treatment is supportive and reversal of symptoms has occurred in all reported cases. And as far as I know, there is no antivenom, nor is one needed.
Currently, there are 8 species recognized within the genus Clelia: Clelia bicolor, C. clelia, C. equatoriana, C. errabunda, C. montana, C. quimi, C. rustica and C. scytalina. I would guess that they should all be treated the same in regards to venom toxicity and envenomation treatment.
