I have just been contacted by a Keeper in Florida who wants to use the model of NCARK to create a sister group in Fla... because he says there is currently an effort underway to BAN ALL REPTILES from private ownership. Has anyone else heard anything about this or is it a rumor? I know that HSUS has been promoting an agenda to ban all reptiles for several years. Any info would be appreciated.

There is NOT a ban set to go in place in Florida!!!

There will be new rules and criteria governing certain species but NO BANS.
