I guess it is time for me to come out of the closet, I am still heterosexual and will keep being that way ;-)
Anyway...
left many groups as official or webmaster and started NV state non profit REXANO, because nobody was fast enough for me and the whole exotic cause to get stuff done....still thinking if I want REXANO to go 501c3 federal...there r pros and cons to everything, but more groups is better, more opinions, more clout, more credibility, so I fully support USARK, should I buy gas to get it faster moving (GRIN) , even offer my SIMPSON car driving/racing helmet (GRIN)…and I need vacation bad, can somebody shut me up, make me go to Cancun and u snake guys take over ?;-)

I will speak up about this topic since Peter Nguyen is a friend and business partner.
Peter seldom keeps much at his residence, only specimens that needed more attention than normal. He prefers NOT to be in the limelight and seldom reads what's posted on the forums but does check out classified ads on a regular basis. He does not keep any of the species that the neighbors claim were roaming the area. He last kept C. polystictus in 2005 but they were all sold to Hank Molt who promptly got bitten by one. Keep Hank in mind for I will get back to him.
One would think if I lived in a neighborhood and I stepped on a Polystictus (funny how they suddenly can suddenly identify snakes) I would at least called the police, made a report and turned over the snake. The only evidence that exists is verbal except for the Northern Pine which is endemic.
Peter never labels anything with the "Common Name" but always the genus & species, so containers in the garage labeled "Black Mambas" just don't exist.
Since February or March Zoo's, collectors, and senior officers of this website have been receiving email from an entity know as "Richard Milden". I can now say for certain that Richard Milden is Hank Molt. In 2005 Peter sold Hank his polystictus to get cash to fund his B. parviocula project. Peter wired the money to the exporter and Hank went to Germany in conjunction with one of the large venomous shows. Hank picked up the Parvioculas and they have not seen since. Obviously this set the stage for a major problem between Peter & Hank, the latter not having an angelic track history at best. I don't think there is a need to explain Hanks track record and history of breaking the Lacy act as well as many other laws.
Hank has been harassing Peter ever since with baseless accusations regarding several issues, however, this has now escalated into personal threats plus “tweaking” Peters neighbors and local authorities on escaped snakes. This is how non herpers could come up with names like “Mexican Lancehead Rattlesnake” that was stepped on in that garage. If Hank could (and he has succeeded) get a venomous ban, (not so easy to do) in Peter’s area it’s a BIG payback. The only cost to Hank is time, which he has lots of since he’s out of the Herp business.
I have never said anything negative about Hank in the past, since I was never ripped off by him and he did introduce me to Peter. I am either in Hanks gun sights as “collateral damage” or out of envy because I have filled the nitch he used to occupy. Since I’m involved with the importation of the B. parviocula this past January he has gone out of his way to drag my name through the mud by calling the importation of this species illegal. Which it’s not of course since USFWS verified with Ethiopian counterparts that the export permits were not forged and that species can be legally exported at this time. Even though USFWS has notified Hank and another bit of trash residing in Texas that no laws were broken, we are still being harassed. Since the only thing that Hank possesses of any value is the lint in his pockets, it’s not worth filing suit against him.

I forgot to add cudo's to Nick Ignacio for being the only one with the heart for the fight against the ban. God knows we've all had some issues but the guy has my highest regards for showing up solo and having the courage to speak to the elected ass wipes.

I emailed privately with somebody and seems like I screwed up and confused people here with my comment from last night.
I am 100% heterosexual, always was,...i was just saying/joking i was 'coming out of the closet' as to saying on this particular forum why i was leaving other animal groups, I had no patience with them and they were driving me nuts doing nothing or almost noting useful, ... slow moving officers, BODs, some people were nice, but few drama queens on BOD can ruin the whole group and hurt the cause... I guess in this scenario joke doesn't make sense, I need to learn English better, sorry about that
