Bitis rhinoceros sex opinion wanted

Hello,
I wanted to see what you guys' thoughts on this animal's sex was. I have been going back and forth between a friend, he suggests that it is a male and I have always thought it was a female.
It's a 2013 Bitis rhinoceros, a bit over 2' and I admit this is my first time raising it from a baby and in my understanding the tail-body ratio has changed as of recently. The tail definitely looks a bit longer in proportion which suggests my friend may be right all along about it being a male.
