This product was just brought to my attention. The makers of this are trying to say that snakes are a nuisance and should all be destroyed. This product is designed to cut the heads off of snakes. Please send these jerks a "FRIENDLY" email and tell them what you think of their product. Also let others know of this barbaric device. Included here is a link to the website. www.snakesnare.com

looks like the snare is designed to hold the snake while you do the beheading yourself. i couldnt imagine someone who is out for snake skins to go through this kind of trouble to neatly cut the head off.

Well gang, I tried to pull up there site and I get this caption that states, "Snakes are hibernating see you next summer." Just curious if this is a real site, or someone trying to get reptile lovers upset?

I got to the site yesterday and was somewhat disgusted with what i saw. I wrote them a short but to the point email stating how disgusted i actually was and that they aught to be ashamed of themselves. I also asked them the question: what would happen if there were no snakes? The answer is obvious: one hell of a rodent problem.

I just went back to the site today and there is still a one liner..saying the snakes are hibernating see you next year.... Probably BS..as someone already stated on here. Lets hope this is a prank!

I had the site up the other day and it looked legit, but I didn't get as far as trying to place an order or anything. Maybe he was drowned with negative letters from us. In any case, I hope the site doesn't return.

I just checked the site and im geting the same old (snakes are hibernating thing). Makes ya wonder if this is a sick prank. Some ppl have no sence I swear. I tried to write them a E-mail and got a return mail that said (not valid address). So I would bet on it being a prank to. I will keep a eye on the site thoe and if I see it come back up I'll let ya'll know. We truly do need to get this crap stoped, some ppl have no respect for the fact that the snake is probably mans best friend. They are the best rodent control you could ask for, pluss they also help control other pest as well, but im sure ya'll already know this "LOL" (listen to me preaching "LOL").......Happy herping Wally
