Recently on one of our trips to Pandale Tx we were informed by the people at the Pandale Store of some herpers from Pennsylvania the weekend of April 22-25. These two (a man and a woman) went off on private property and then lied to the owner of the property about who "gave" them permission to hunt. They also made off with a tire tool and tire and left without paying for having their flats fixed!! Easy and Edna, owners of the Pandale Store, are personal friends of ours and accept herpers with open hearts. They are more than friendly and willing to help anyone. We do not appreciate the way they were treated and do not appreciate the way this makes other herpers look to the Pandale locals!!!! We like Pandale and Pandale likes us. Please dont ruin the hearts of the locals there as well as any place else.

Cayla and Ben: The same thing applys anywhere, not just West Texas. All it takes is a couple of selfish jerks to ruin things for everyone else.
When was the last time you heard of a Okatee Club, or New Hope Plantation Snake Hunting Permit in South Carolina? Best Regards JohnZ
