Timber breeding size

I recently acquired a WC male timber rattlesnake. He is roughly three feet in length and since being wild caught I have no idea on an age. Although I know timbers reach sexual maturity late in life what is an average size that I can use as a guideline. I would like to get him a couple females for company but I want to know that an introduction would be productive.
