Would you please give me a list of 10 species from each area of the question regarding the danger and frequency of death by envenomation of the 20 species?

I'm not sure the info you're asking for exists. Many of the more dangerious species are from areas where records are not commonly kept and misidentification of snakes is very common, so what records there are are sometimes suspect...

I do not like to use or see used the adjective "aggressive" to describe any snake. There are some species & even some individuals that are more likely to defend themselves, but there are few if any that are looking for trouble.
One should not term a snake as aggressive if all it did was bite someone who approached it too closely or was attempting to pick it up.

I agree with Greg I don't think that snakes have the emotional mind set to be agressive like, Anger and fear I think they are driven by a primal instinct to survive and diffrent snakes veiw diffrent threats individually.
