I heard of someone who keeps there snakes outside year around. They are not in a shed or nothing. Their just under a carport and are said to be doing well. I was wandering if anyone else does this. I just got married and venomous in the house is a no no and that would be an alternative if I knew the techniques of doing it.

In GA it gets too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. Not very many places have a climate that would be good year around in the U.S. And what about nosey neighborhood kids when your not home? I'd advise against it. My wife won't let me bring venomous in the house either,so I built a 12x20 out building with power and water and am in the process of adding a 12x20 addition to it.Even a 8x10 insulated shed would be better than outside. At least you could lock it and keep your venomous away from curiuos neighbors. i have tried to keep non-hots outside in a walled in 8x8 area but they soon found ways to escape depite the careful inspections of branches that grew too close and the 4.5' wall. i would not try it again, a shed is your best chance
good luck
