Craig, I'm not going to post the names of my customers and who I have paid back or supplied animals to. If they wish to come on here and say something, then so be it. It doesn't matter to you anyways as they only thing that will affect you is when I pay you back.
This thread is about Al.

In March I sent Justyn over $600 for snakes he was to receive. He still claims to have gotten them, but never shipped any out and they all died. He used 2 photos as "proof" that he received them. A few months later he used photos taken at the same time and the same place to "prove" there were snakes coming from Africa. When I called him on that he said there had been a "mixup". He told one person to send the second half of their payment so he could ship their snakes. That was six months ago, they still haven't gotten anything. He told two people there refunds had been mailed. When the money never came, he said they both got lost in the mail. When we got him kicked off of Paypal, he said that he wanted to give us refunds but couldn't since he didn't have access to Paypal.
He tries to play the penitent victim over and over. He is again in this thread. He is not the victim, this is happening because he has taken people's money and won't give it back. He talks of his hundreds of great sales to satisfied customers. In the last ten years I had 3 deals where I felt taken advantage of, that I got the short end of the stick. And one time where my money was taken and I got nothing except promises and lies -- that was when I dealt with Justyn. I do not think he should be allowed to post ads here. If this site is concerned about the people who use it and do not want a dishonest seller present, Justyn is a poster child for who to ban. Will I get my money? If he wanted to he could find a way, but he continues to use a smokescreen of promises and lies as a cover to hide behind.

More than one person has gotten a refund?

>> I would say a total of about 5-6 people left (that I owe something to) without looking in my files. I was about 13 people when this started
-----------------------------------------------------
That's what Justyn says. Funny, I'm in contact with 5 other people who sent him money and got nothing. None of us have gotten a refund or have heard about someone getting a refund. So roughly half the people have gotten refunds, and I happen to only know the half that didn't? What are the chances? It really is hard to believe, very hard to believe.

Andy,
I am done witht he thread about the Atheris shipments. We have went over this already. When I can provide them or the money I will. I've been in contact with you and others throughout this.
This thread is about Al and why he put that I was a scammer and pulled by ads after doing business with me. I am aware I owe you and others money.
As for those I owe, I paid off those that did not go public first, as they took a chance and did not threaten me, call me a lair, etc. It was the least I could do for their understandings.

So you paid back Eric, who was first to post about the Atheris shipments. And you paid back the meek, for they shall inheirit the earth. That's pretty good, you pay people back who no one knows ordered from you, and won't say anything about it. Once again showing how you are victimized by the unbelievers and punishing those who have sinned. Do me a favor, cross your feet, I only have three nails.

You have posted this several times:
"This thread is about Al and why he put that I was a scammer and pulled by ads after doing business with me."
I have reviewed everything that you have presented including the entire BOI thread, the jpgs of your emails, and everything else that has been posted here.
I have also reviewed the Classifieds Terms of Service on our website which hardly anyone ever seems to read.
I think that anyone would have to agree that I have been as impartial as I can be in reviewing this complaint.
While rule #4 of the CTOS requires everyone who has a business that sells herps to get permission from the Classifieds Manager to conduct that business through our classifieds - I am sure that most of the vendors using our site do not follow that rule and that transgression should probably be overlooked.
However, the Fraud section is much more pertinent:
"Fraud
If you think you have been ripped off by another member of VenomousReptiles.org, there are several things you can do, depending on how far you want to take your complaint. We recommend you start with the first two steps below, before following up on any others.
1. Talk to the other member. Sometimes it may seem like you've been ripped off when what really has happened is there has been a miscommunication. See if this is the case before you take your complaint to the next level.
2. Contact the Classifieds Manager. If you feel this is an outright case of fraud or a blatant misuse of the VenomousReptiles.org Classifieds, send us an email with the person's Nick Name. We will investigate it and if we are able to determine with certainty that there was a misuse we will block the member from using the site and delete all of their ads. Please consider this a fairly extreme measure - it takes a lot of time to follow up on these complaints.
3. Contact a third party to resolve the problem. If you need to, contact an outside party to arbitrate your dispute.
4. File a formal complaint. If you paid for an item but never received it, this is considered mail fraud. You can contact your local Post Office or the National Fraud Information Center (http://www.fraud.com) and file a formal complaint."
Based on step 2, I would say that regardless of how his personal dealings with you went, Al would be correct in removing your ads based on your own admissions that you have received moneys for animals that you have not provided for which no refund has been given. His own decisions to deal with someone that he believes to be a "scammer" should not restrict his required actions in the administration of this website.
I hope that you get your business dealings straightened out and get your life back on track but I believe that Al acted in the best interests of the website.

I did not have issues with Al removing my ads, I had issues with his post about me and it's ethics. He will buy from me and says I sent great animals and will buy from me again, but he tells everyone else to stay away from me. Did you see the e-mails I posted? Why has Al not said anything about this on this thread?

I also think he took down the ads not because he was worried about me scamming someone, but because he was angry with me. Should he really pick and choose the rules based on HIS feelings?

Ladies and gentlemen.
Justyn will no longer be responding to posts in this thread.
As he started the thread, it would be inappropriate to allow it to continue.
If you wish to contact Justyn further, you may do so through his website http://www.IntenseHerp.com
Thank you for your interest.
