The International Venom and Toxin Database lists the Black Mamba's subcutaneous LD50 as 0.32 mg's, the Western Green Mamba's as 0.7mg's, and the Eastern Green Mamba's as 3.05 mg's.
So the Black Mamba's venom is more than twice as toxic as the Western Green mamba's and nearly 10 times as toxic as the Eastern Green mamba's.
See www.kingsnake.com/toxinology for more information on this subject.

Hi SLEDGE,
Here are the LD50s for the Dendroaspis genus using
subcutaneous testing.(From B.G.Fry's website)
D.polylepis 0.32
D.viridis 0.7
D.jamesoni 1
D.angusticeps 3.05
The Black Mamba is by far the most dangerous of the genus due its size, speed, toxic venom, aggresive behavior when threatend and terestrial life style(more likley to come in contact with humnans then their more so, strictly arboreal cousins). As far as bites are concerned, the Western would be second worst because of its higher potentcy but all should be regared as deadly for all have been know to kill.
Hope this helps.
Later,
Jeremy
